I use such schedule 🗓 every day within about 3 weeks.
I like to meditate with a book “Mindfulness for Health: A practical guide to relieving pain, reducing stress and restoring wellbeing” by Vidyamala Burch and Dr Danny Penman.
Recommend trying it.
In addition, in my morning routine learning German 👩🏻‍🎓 is very important part, so I learn it every day.
About a breakfast 🥞, I like to eat only healthy food in the morning because it helps me to feel good and start active my productive day.
Moreover, it’s not easy to get up every day 😔 so early and do all these tasks, but when I don’t do it, my day is really lazy and not productive 🤦‍♀️.
I can only take the liberty to do this on Sunday.

  • A habit of doing important things first, will make the rest of the day much better 😎.
Do your most important tasks in the morning. All those stressful tasks, the big bulk of your work, the hardest tasks – do them in the morning. The reason is simple. You have the most energy in the morning 💃, so you will be able to tackle the tasks efficiently and competently.
Define for yourself from one to a maximum of 3 important tasks to be done. One of these tasks must aim to achieve a long-term goal.
For example, 3 important tasks for tomorrow:
1) collect information about all customers for the last 2 months
2) make a menu without meat and gluten for a week (and this is a very difficult task)
3) cases governed by a verb in German
Just try to follow this rule for 5 days and notice the result
