Tip 1️⃣. Time limit on tasks 🧭
By setting time constraints for your tasks, you will focus more and work more efficiently. I’ve proved the tip and can say that it really works. Just set a timer for 30-40 minutes and to your task.

Tip 2️⃣. Plan your week on Sunday 📖
It’s a helpful tip to help you focus on priorities. Take a few minutes on Sunday to create a plan for your whole week. Remember –your energy and creativity levels fluctuate throughout the week.

For example, plan for Monday low-priority tasks because as usually it’s a low-energy day. Complete creative and challenging tasks on Tuesday and Wednesday. Schedule meetings for Thursday, when your energy starts to decline. Use your Fridays for planning and networking.

Tip 3️⃣. Create a daily plan 📋
Use the first 10-15 minutes of your day to create a daily to-do list that suits your weekly plan. It helps you to avoid procrastination and make your day, ore productive.

Tip 4️⃣. Complete your most important and demanding tasks first thing in the morning 🌅
Our first hour of the work is the most productive, so don’t waste it and use the hour wisely. Your mind isn’t fully awake, nevertheless, it’s easier to make challenging tasks. When you do that, you don’t have to think about it all day as the task is already done.

Tip 5️⃣. Block out distractions 📱
If you work on one task, don’t look at the social media or message on Facebook. You can finish the task and after that 10 minutes messaging on social media as a reward. I’ve proved that I work more productive in this way.

1️⃣ Traveling helps you learn who you are.
All the challenges and opportunities travel lays at your feet help you discover who you are in a way that’s only possible on the road.

2️⃣ Travel creates meaningful relationships 👭.
People you meet while on the road become some of the most valued names on your contact list. They become places on the map to visit later on. These folks give you a glimpse outside your hometown circle of friends and force you to take in new and refreshing perspectives.

3️⃣ Travel helps you learn new languages or improve them.
Every time than I travel to Germany or in any other country, I learn something new in my German or English because communication with people is much more helpful than many hours of learning a foreign language in your home country.

4️⃣ Travel means adventure 🌠.
Canoeing over the jungle in Shri-Lanka, successfully skiing from Zugspitze mountain in Southern Bavarian, Germany, looking at graceful architectural buildings in Vienna, Austria: these are adventures worth having. People are hardwired for the excitement of adventure and travel may just be the best way to tap into it.

5️⃣ Travel gives you cool stories 😉.
Let’s face it. Even for folks who can’t tell a story, just the words “last year in Vienna” get you instant party points. Even when events seem trivial, nostalgia and distance create an irresistible spin that makes mundane things like getting your laundry done in Sri-Lanka, entertaining. Just don’t be that person and overdo it!
