Are you feeling like you are stuck in your life? Do you feel like you’re doing every day the same things again and again? If it’s about you, I prepare this article for you.

Frankly speaking, it’s not a new idea. There are many great ideas on Pinterest but I try to add my own ideas that I think are great for such a challenge.

What is the reason for the 30-day challenge? Because it seems achievable. Usually, we don’t have enough energy and motivation to finish a challenge more than in 30 days.

All these ideas don’t have to be serious. You can just create a 30-day challenge with improving your morning routine or with making your bed every morning.

I noticed that if I set my priorities every day, I am more productive and concentrated. That’s why I recommend you to try this idea.

5. Create a list of unfinished projects and decide what to do with them

We all have many unfinished projects and they catch our attention. Take your time and create a list of these projects and decide do you need to finish every project or if it doesn’t worth your efforts. If the project doesn’t worth your time, just forgot about it and never mention it.

6. Practice self-care every day

Take care of yourself, this practice will help your face and body look better, and you will be more confident. I love this challenge and I did it 5 times for 30 days.

It could be a face, body, hand care, or whatever you want.

7. Follow a morning routine

The morning routine is an important part of the day. Create your own morning routine and stick to it for 30 days. Here is my example.

8. Read 20 pages per day

Choose a good book and enjoy reading. If you choose a book that will develop your professional or personal skills, you’ll be rewarded with a new or improved skill.

If you’re struggling to eat healthier or lose weight, this idea is right for you. Add to your journal what do you eat every day and in 30 days you’ll become more aware and it will help you to eat less even if it’s not your final goal.

14. Try intermittent fasting

It’s a really great idea to improve your body. If you’re a beginner, try not to eat for 10-12 hours, and then you can extend this time to 18 hours. This is an example, your lunch was at 10 pm, so you won’t eat until 10 am. This way you can improve your overall health and even lose weight.

15. Drink at least 1 liter of water

Everyone knows that we need to drink a lot of water but usually we don’t do that. So, drink 1 liter of water every day and track your progress.
